MENOPAUSE

MENOPAUSE

Menopause comes from the Greek word ‘mens’ and ‘pausis’ meaning monthly cessation. It starts around 50 years of age but can begin as early as 40. If it starts before 40 then it is called Pre Menopause and is normally brought on by chemotherapy, removal of ovaries, diabetes, thyroid or pituitary problems.

Basically when menopause begins your ovaries stop producing estrogen which is the hormone needed to continue your period. For those who suffer no side effects it is a great thing but for those who are affected by this, they can be affected greatly. Click here to stop those side effects.

Sex life, mood swings, weight gain, vaginal or urinary tract infection, inability to control urine, increase in flatulence, pains, nausea, facial hair, problems with your bones (estrogen stimulates skeletal growth and helps maintain healthy bones), hair loss and the most common symptom of menopause is HOT FLUSHES! Any of those strike a cord with you?

Just a quick tip that I learnt. When dealing with the hot flushes, night sweats and insomnia, cut back on caffeine. It may give you that added energy boost that you are looking for but once it wears off it will leave you feeling worse off than you did to begin with. Just as all stimulants do. Drink lots of water and do lots of exercise, even if you DON”T feel like it.

It is a strange concept but the more exercise you do the more energy you will have. It doesn’t have to be back breaking and strenuous, you can do something in the water, yoga or even a brisk walk. To get the energy to take the initial step is difficult but in the long run it will be so worth it. You will feel good, look good and be all round happier.

Most women go with Hormone Replacement Therapy but again I would rather choose the more natural way. My Grandmother did it, my Mother is doing it and I will follow in their footsteps because…well they have been there and know better. Menopause is a natural process for all women so it makes sense to go the natural way. Click here for more information.

The side effects of Hormone Replacement Therapy are quite a few which include water retention, headaches (over and above what menopause is dealing you). It has also been found that the risk of Breast Cancer increases by 20% in the first 5 years of HRT and in the next 5 years it increases by 40% and so it goes. Being on hormones also increases the risk of lung and ovarian cancer too. Want to go the natural way when dealing with menopause then click here.

As I said earlier the more natural way is better for me, it has no synthetic hormones, it is safe and it relieves the side effect that comes with ‘THE CHANGE’ Click here and you will find great bonuses too on how to treat your menopause. Order now and you will get TWO BOTTLES FREE!
